Download Music as MP3
You need to download the music you want to add to Spotify in MP3 format.
Enable Local Files
To use local files on Spotify, you first need to enable this feature:
- Tap your profile picture at the top.
- Tap Settings and privacy > Settings.
- Tap Apps and devices.
- Turn on Local audio files.
- Go to the Collection section of your library. Your saved music will now appear under Local Files.
Add Tracks to Spotify Folder
After enabling local files, you can add your music to the Spotify folder as follows:
- In the Files app, tap your browser/storage app folder.
- Select the file and choose Copy or Move.
- Tap Browse and go to On My iPhone folder.
- Tap and press the Spotify folder.
- Choose Paste or Move Item Here. Your saved music will now appear under Local Files.
